Cancellation Policy
Kindly complete the form provided, and a member of our team will confirm your request within 3 business hours. You'll receive an email containing the total invoice amount, estimated pickup date, and time. *Please note that the invoice must be paid before pickup.* *Missed Pickup/Delivery* $5 Fee: This consideration applies if a client misses the scheduled pickup or delivery without providing at least one (1) hour's notice to their driver before the scheduled day/time.* We require laundry to be placed in 13-gallon bags, with a minimum of 2 bags. One of our bags will be provided at the time of delivery for first time clients.
